School Policy on Registration, Tuition, and Class Assignments

Registration Fee:
- A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is applicable for each new student.
Tuition Payment:
- Tuition fees are to be paid on a per-semester basis. $50 late fee will be charged if past due date.
- Students and parents are encouraged to make their enrollment decision after attending a tryout class. Once enrolled, tuition fees become non-refundable.
- In the event a student is unable to attend classes for more than four consecutive weeks due to serious injuries (with a doctor's note) or other exceptional reasons, the paid tuition can be converted into credit. This credit can be used towards the next semester's tuition or a future summer camp.
Class Assignments:
- Students will be initially assigned to the appropriate level class by our staff.
- Changes to class assignments will not be allowed. If a student wishes to attend an additional class, they may submit a request based on class spot availability.
